"I'm writing to tell you that I am very pleased with my new tile floor. After reading some negative comments on the Internet I was leery of my original decision to have the job done by Express but the installation crew was very skilled and I am very grateful that even when foundation floor cracking at a level not anticipated was discovered, Express was willing to work with me so I got the tile floor I wanted without my original cost increasing very much. This was a whole house and so it took several days to rip up old carpet and tile and to install the new tile but the crew worked long days, everyday until the job was done. They also made sure that at the end of each day my bed was set up and there was a functioning
Bathroom.
