How to Polish Porcelain Tile FloorsThings you will need to get before the procedure:
Mild dish soap
Water
Bucket
Soft bristled toothbrush
Old cloths
Vinegar
Hydrochloride acid

Step by step procedure on how to clean your porcelain tiles:
Step 1: Take a bucket of water and pour in a teaspoon of mild dish soap. Take the soft bristle brush or a toothbrush and dip it into the soapy water. Scrub the tile in a circular motion.
Step 2: Scrub the floor till the residue is gone from the tile, now wet a cloth and wipe the leftover solution from the tile. If the stains are gone then clean it with a dry cloth.
Step 3: If the stain is still persistent, fill 3 cups of vinegar into a cup of water and scrub the tile with the help of a brush. Vinegar is used as it is used to clean out stubborn stains. After cleaning with the solution take a wet cloth and wipe up the tile clean. If the tiles have come clean use a dry cloth to clean the tile.
Step 4: If still there is a residue left on the tile, mix ½ cup of hydrochloric acid in 4 cups of water and clean the tile. If this also doesn’t work you must use a soap scum remover. Wipe the liquid on the tiles and let it sit for some time. After that, clean the tiles with a wet cloth and then a dry cloth.
Step 5: Use a microfiber cloth and buff the tile. The microfiber cloth is used to make the tile shine.

You must make sure to clean your tiles immediately and must not wait for it to stain your floors. Another point to look for when purchasing tiles is to check whether the tiles are pre-sealed. If they are not pre-sealed you must make sure to do so when laying the tile and before grouting. This is done to avoid staining your tiles.
Whatever the floor is a must and should rule to be followed is to clean up any spills promptly. Be it wine or kids spilling tomato sauce, it should be cleaned to avoid staining. If the cleaning is not done right the first few times, your tiles may look dull and a fine layer of dirt may stick to your floor.
Day-day cleaning using a wet mop to clean your floors will do wonders and in turn, will make your floors look as good as new.
