I recently decided to install wood laminate flooring in our dining room. After shopping around at various dealers and receiving many

different quotes, I started looking online. That's when I had the good fortune of finding Express Flooring.

I found everyone from your receptionist, salesman, (which came to my home for a free estimate) and the installers to be professional,

friendly, as well as honest, not to mention the wealth of knowledge they shared in a friendly and genuine way.

But the best experience I can talk about is the floor it's self. My wife loves it as I do, as well as family and friends that visit.

I just want to thank Neil Hoffman & Trish Gulley for being so on top of the new deposit program. I receive there deposit emails in a very timely manner & sometimes before I see them on the open deposit spreadsheet. I appreciate your effort in getting the deposits to me ASAP knowing that the owners are monitoring these deposits several times daily. I appreciate you doing your job so that I can do mine more efficiently.

You are a true professional! You have proven that taking the high road is always the best approach. I run across this all of the time when Empire has been in the home before us. They behave dishonestly, they profile customers, they bad mouth us all of the time, and they are extremely rude in a customer's home.

Just tonight I followed Empire and the customer told me all of the bad things they said and did. When they used the BBB against us, the customer went on line and said, "How could they bad mouth Express when you have only 174 complaints and all were resolved and they have 1180 complaints. That did it for me."

I've taken the articles out of my bag I have on Empire and said, "See, I have the same stuff they do but I don't bad mouth them nor any other competitor. We don't do business that way. Our reputation speaks for its self."
