Absolutely! Tile comes in a myriad of colors, patterns and textures. Not only can we provide you with samples, but we’ll also bring them to your home during a free design consultation, so you can see samples in your lighting, next to your décor! 

Tile options are plentiful, and pricing can vary! The only way to give our customers accurate pricing is to measure the rooms where it will be installed, evaluate any demolition, prep, and which tile you’d prefer. Only after that can we give you the correct pricing. Express always likes to warn homeowners that a company who gives general pricing without going through these steps is likely to change their tune once the actual job is designed. It’s always better to get a real evaluation, so you know what pricing looks like from the start. Tile installation is a meticulous process when done right and can take anywhere from 1-4 days depending on the size of the area being tiled. Demolition of old tile flooring can take some time as well, but our team works quickly, efficiently, and with the least amount of disturbance in your home as possible.

Tile that mimics a wood floor for example, may look best in a warmer room like a living room or den, but 12x12” square tile in a light tone may work best to keep a kitchen looking bright and clean. Tile is a fantastic choice for high-moisture areas because of its durability and ease of care. How the room is prepared makes a big difference, as do the materials used to install the tile. Otherwise, we recommend that a tile with some texture be used to minimize the chance of slipping or falling due to a slick floor in a wet environment.
