It is the perfect blend of being rigid as well as flexible, that is, it is neither very rigid and nor very flexible. For instance, this flooring will not break or crack because of the subfloor expansion and contraction. This means one does not need to pay much attention to the details of the subfloor if you want to put DuraCeramic flooring, something you would have to do if you want to put the traditional ceramic or vinyl flooring.
